Flexible Camp Fees

OES is delighted to be able to offer financial assistance through flexible camp fees to families for summer camp. We have a limited amount of financial assistance available and our goal is to provide aid to as many campers as possible. This may limit the amount of assistance per student based on the number of requests received. 
To be considered for flexible camp fees, please submit one form per account during registration. You can still register your camper(s) and check out without a deposit. Please note that you need to complete your application by following the email you receive after submission to upload your documents.

Upon review, you will receive an updated invoice from us if your application has been accepted. We will begin reviewing requests the week of March 17, 2025 and then review weekly throughout the spring and summer. Please give us 7 business days to complete reviews. We cannot apply the discount to a course that has already been purchased, so please do not pay ahead of time and wait for the emailed decision from us. Thank you!
