Throughout the year the Office of Community Engagement will provide opportunities for OES community members to volunteer together in the greater Portland area. The first such opportunity of the year is coming up! Volunteer at Northwest Children’s Outreach on November 23, 9:30–11:30 a.m. It is located at 335 NE 18th Ave., Portland, OR 97232 and all ages are welcome!
Since its inception, Northwest Children’s Outreach has grown to support more than five hundred caregiving agencies with the items that families need. OES volunteers will help sort clothing, games, puzzles, etc. donations and bag them for agencies and care workers to distribute. Space is limited! To secure a spot, sign up using this link.
