Winter Sports Wrap-Up: League Titles, Playoff Wins, and More

Congratulations to all of our winter athletes on another fantastic season!

Girls Basketball won the league championship after an incredible regular season! The girls defeated previously undefeated Valley Catholic to take home the title. The team went on to host a playoff game, where they defeated visiting Harrisburg High School and finished the season 19-7. Kendall K. '27 and Taylor D. '27 were named first-team all-league, Cici J. '26 was named second team, and Summer W. '25 and Uma K. '25 were named honorable mention. Girls Basketball was also named All Scholastic, finishing with the third best GPA in the state.

Boys Basketball finished third in the league, amassed 19 wins, and finished fifth in the state. The team made the state semi-finals, falling to the eventual state champions. The team had two first team all-league performers in Joe S. '25 and Kais E. '25, and a second-teamer in Max H. '26. Joe S. and Max H. were also named to the State Tournament team.

Ski Racing, in its final year under Coach Steve Urdahl, had a fantastic year and finished ninth combined in the state. Sky Z-A. '26 and Theo S. '25 both finished on the podium to match their incredible performances in the Metro League. Sky Z-A. was the second best on the girls' side, with Lily B. '25 finishing 8th, and Theo S. was fourth overall.
