Extension Program Creates Ingenuity

The recent heavy rains brought out the ingenuity in OES students. Recently a group of Lower School students in the after-school Extension program noticed their playground was flooding, so they got to work.

Using the oversize Lincoln logs at their disposal, the students set them into the growing puddle, side by side, creating a bridge that students could cross without getting their feet wet.

Check out the entertaining video. Second-graders Reed P. and Margaret F. are the students in the video.
