Celebrating 2025 Athletes on Signing Day

On May 14, OES celebrated 12 talented athletes who are heading off to pursue their athletic careers in college at our annual signing day ceremony. The OES community has been able to watch these talented individuals accomplish much in four years, and it was an honor to celebrate them and thank them for all they have given to OES.

The Upper School community and families of each athlete joined the ceremony to watch and listen as coaches of each player summarized the extensive contributions each athlete made to the OES Athletics program, to their teams, and to wish them well in their future athletic endeavors.

Associate Athletic Director Bobby Long said, “Today marked a proud and meaningful moment for our athletic department and the OES community as we honored twelve Varks who have devoted countless hours to their craft across various arenas—fields, courts, and tracks. Their commitment has had a lasting impact on our programs, and we are better today because of their dedication and passion. As they take their next steps to colleges and universities across the country, we are honored to celebrate both their journey ahead and the legacy they will leave behind.”
