Grandparents and Special Friends Day is an eagerly anticipated annual event, and this year's celebration on November 17 was no different. Guests started with coffee and a delicious breakfast in the Athletic Center, where they enjoyed a virtual greeting from Head of School The Rev. Michael Spencer, followed by musical performances from the Lower School Melodies (Primary-Second Grade Choir), Harmonies (Third-Fifth Grade Choir), the Sixth Grade Choir, and the Middle and Upper School Advanced Strings Ensemble.
Then the grandparents and special friends ventured to the Lower School where students shared their artwork, enjoyed learning activities, played games, and read with them. Thank you to all who came and shared big smiles with the children!
