End-of-Year Reminders & Middle School Summer Office Hours

Please make sure your student returns their computer device and charger to the Middle School, so you won’t be charged for these items. Also, please return any athletic uniforms, library books, or textbooks borrowed from teachers.

Please pick up any lost and found items by Monday, June 16. Any remaining items will be donated. Lost and Found is located in the hallway by the middle school office.

Student Health Forms Due
Health forms for the 2025–26 school year are now ready for your completion. Please sign into the parent portal and click on the orange Magnus box to complete your child's health forms. It should only take five to fifteen minutes to complete and most forms can be signed electronically. Most forms were due June 9 and forms that may require a health provider visit are due August 1, 2025. Your child cannot participate in any OES activities next school year, including opening trips, sports, and practices without completing these forms. If you have questions, please contact Health Director Nina Parikh at parikhn@oes.edu for more information.

Middle School Office Hours
The Middle School office will be open between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. until Friday, June 27. Note: The office will be closed on Thursday, June 19 for the Juneteenth holiday. You can contact the office at msadmins@oes.edu or 503.768.3127. Any messages left during the summer will be answered when the office reopens on Monday, August 11.
