OES Volunteer Interest Form
The Oregon Episcopal School Nominating Committee is filling the volunteer roles for the 2025-2026 school year, and are compiling recommendations for all Leadership, Committee and Event Roles. Committee and Event related nominations will be accepted year-round in all Divisions (All School, Upper School, Middle School & Lower School).
Your input in this process is invaluable and greatly appreciated! All currently enrolled and newly enrolled families for the '25-‘26 school year are invited to self-nominate and/or nominate other individuals whom you feel are qualified and/or interested in a volunteer role.
Please take a few minutes to complete and submit this form. You can submit just one name, or more on each form. You may also submit anonymously. Brief job roles are outlined in our Parent Partnership Standard Operating Procedures linked in the Veracross Parent Portal under Division Links, All School.
"ASPP" or "AS" refers to All School roles, "MSPP" or "MS" refers to Middle School roles, and "LSPP" or "LS" refers to Lower School roles. Specific classroom volunteer needs are communicated in real time through your cohort-specific emails throughout the school year. In order to volunteer in any capacity, you must have completed an up-to-date background check through OES.
