Grade Level Reps help identify key topics and issues affecting US families, serve as ambassadors for our families, serve as a liaison between the parents and US administration, and facilitate communications as needed with their cohort of families.
US Reps serve over two-years to provide continuity and consistency. It is essential that GLRs commit to attending monthly ASPP Leadership Team, GLR team, and USPP Parent (topical) meetings. USPP meetings often vary by grade, as age & stage specific needs are addressed in these gatherings. In cooperation with the AS Socials & Hospitality Committee, GLRs may be asked to facilitate one or more grade level social events for parents and families annually. The 12th grade rep typically serves as the team lead.
