Seniors Spend One Last Trip Together as a Class The Class of 2019 spent some of their last days in school on a rafting trip in Central Oregon this week. They camped, hiked, played music, and spent quality time with each other to celebrate some of their last moments together as upper schoolers at OES. English-History Inquiry Night a Conclusion to Deep Exploration Through the entire month of May, seventh graders immersed themselves into the exploration of English and history topics and reached a conclusion last week with the English-History Inquiry Night celebration in the Middle School. D&D Celebration a Year in the Making A new end-of-school-year event popped up this week: D&D Celebration Day. Over 50 students, parents, faculty, and staff showed up to this cross-divisional celebration. Class of 2019 Makes "Big Moves" Towards Bright Future "Thank you, Class of 2019, for being a class that inspires the future," Head of Upper School Asha Appel said of the graduating seniors. Class of 2023 Takes Strength and Compassion to High School "This is a group that is always changing, learning, and growing," Head of Middle School Ann Sulzer said about the Class of 2023. "It has really been an honor to see them grow into who they are becoming." Class of 2026 Regarded as Inclusive, Kind, and Altruistic "This class embodies a wonderful combination of qualities," Head of Lower School David Lowell said. "Curiosity, joy, and the ability to know when there's important work to do." It's been a busy week to end the school year, but this third-grade class spent their last few days in EC3 building their own bridges. Check out a few photos of their adventures in engineering!
