Last night, OES employees and parent volunteers had the opportunity to interact with and welcome professionals of color who are new to the Portland area via a "Say Hey!" networking event. This event was created by Partners in Diversity and co-hosted by OES and Stoel Rives LLP.

Event honorees were partnered up with OES "Buddies," and together they mingled and mixed it up in our new Lower School Dining Commons. Upper School students such as Jack M., Nahida M., and Anna B. (all '18) also joined in the hosting effort by leading our guests on tours of the Lower School building.

The Community Partnerships team would like to extend big thank-yous to all of Thursday night's volunteers, custodial staff, Bon Appetit employees, and current parent Marty Jones for making this event possible!
