Zach Baugher, Santiam Christian boys basketball: Baugher, a junior, led the Eagles with 31 points in their 72-61 playoff win over Salem Academy that punched a ticket to the Class 3A state tournament.
Karley Bellew, Creswell girls basketball: Bellew finished with 17 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and four steals to lead Creswell past Lakeview, 54-46, in the Class 3A playoffs.
Adrian Roa, Irrigon boys basketball: Tied at 47-47 with Catlin Gabel and with only 0.6 second on the clock, Roa hit an improbable last-second three-pointer to send the Knights to the Class 3A state tournament.
Isis Smith, Churchill girls basketball: Smith tallied 12 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists to lead the Lancers past Eagle Point, 58-41, on Friday.
Kanim Smith III, Madras boys basketball: Smith racked up 38 points and 11 rebounds off the bench to power Madras to a 97-86 win over Tillamook on Saturday.
R.J. Veliz, Blanchet boys basketball: Veliz scored 31 points to lead Blanchet past Amity, 53-46, on Saturday.
Mason Vranes, Crater boys basketball: Vranes led the No. 2 Comets with 21 points Friday in a 63-56 win over No. 3 Thurston.
Morgan Winder, South Salem girls basketball: Winder scored 26 points in a 62-45 victory against McKay on Thursday.
