OES values employees who seek to continually develop the OES Essential Competencies in themselves and others and are prepared to engage fully in a vibrant, culturally diverse learning community. The School’s regular workforce numbers approximately 250; half is faculty and the other half are staff and administrators. Another 100+ seasonal coaches, after-school, and summer program teachers, outdoor guides, and on-call guest teachers round out a lively and committed employee body.
