Alumni Weekend and Class Reunions
Thank You Alumni For Attending!
It was a wonderful weekend with so many OES, St. Helens Hall and Bishop Dagwell Hall alumni attending all the Alumni Weekend Activities.
The activities for the weekend included a cocktail hour, the milestone reunion celebrations and attending a Portland Thorns game. In addition, the class of 1974 was able to celebrate their 50th reunion with a celebratory breakfast and dinner hosted on campus. Please stay tuned for more information for the 2025 Alumni Weekend as we celebrate the classes ending in 0's and 5's.
Happy Hour at Loyal Legion
Alumni Weekend started off with a cocktail hour hosted by Head of School, The Rev. Michael Spencer.
We had many alumni attend (even from non-reunion years) to enjoy the food and say hello to old friends.
Class of 1974 Brunch
The class of 1974 had a celebratory brunch to commemorate their 50th reunion! The catered brunch was on campus in Fariss Hall (Lower School to the '74 group) where the class of 74 enjoyed good food and shared memories of their time on campus.
Alumni Chapel and Campus Tours
A newer tradition for Alumni Weekend was started this year with alumni chapel. Led by The Rev. Michael Spencer, alumni and their families gathered in the chapel to remember classmates, family and friends.
Following the alumni chapel, staff were available to take alumni and their guests on tours of campus to show them what had changed since they were last here.
Alumni Milestone Celebrations
The classes of '74, '79, '84, '89, '94, '99, '04, '09, '14 and '19 came together on campus to celebrate their reunions!
Class of 1974 Dinner
The class of 1974 finished the night off with a catered dinner to celebrate their 50th reunion!
The class from 74 invited their friends, family and even former faculty to join them in celebrating such a wonderful milestone.
Portland Thorns Game
The 2024 OES Alumni Weekend wrapped up with a field trip to go see the Portland Thorns!
The contingent from OES had a great time with complimentary food, drinks and spending time with each other.
