Information Evening

Please join us for Information Evening, a time to explore and ask questions. We will offer information in three locations on campus in order to allow more grade-specific conversations to occur.

This is the last admissions event before the January 22 application deadline. RSVP is not required but recommended for faster check-in.

Lower School
(Grades Pre-Kindergarten through 5)

Location: Lower School Campus map
Who should attend: While we enjoy the youthful energy of children, this event is for parents only.
Program for the evening:

  • 7-7:30 p.m. - OES Welcome
  • 7:30-8:30 p.m. - This evening is an opportunity to learn more about OES by asking questions and engaging in conversation with admissions, administrators, current parents, a few current students, and select faculty and specialists.

Middle and Upper School
(Grades 6-12)

Location: Look for signs on campus directing you to our Middle School building. Once in the Middle School, you will be directed to the Middle or Upper School meeting space. Campus map
Who should attend: Students are encouraged to attend the Information Evening with their parents.
Program for the evening:

  • 7-7:20 p.m. - OES overview
  • 7:20-8 p.m. - Panel of teachers and students will respond to audience questions
  • 8-8:30 p.m. - Gather information from the admissions table and connect with panelists for your individual questions.
