Yunha Kim, Class of 2007

Founder, Chairwoman & Former CEO, Sleep Reset | Board Director, SF SPCA

Yunha Kim '07

Yunha Kim (Class of 2007) is a tech entrepreneur and philanthropist. A pioneering entrepreneur in the digital health and wellness space, she is the Founder and Chairwoman of Sleep Reset, a digital clinic for sleep health. Over the course of her career, Yunha has successfully started and sold multiple consumer technology companies, including the mindfulness platform Simple Habit, which she built and scaled to help millions of individuals manage daily stress

Yunha began her career in investment banking before transitioning to entrepreneurship. She graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a bachelor's degree in Economics and Chinese, and previously attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business before leaving to launch her ventures.

Beyond her business pursuits, Yunha is deeply passionate about animal welfare and serves on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco SPCA.

Originally from South Korea, Yunha spent four formative years as a dorm student at Oregon Episcopal School. Today, she lives in San Francisco with her husband and their dog, Omo, and she is thrilled to return to campus to celebrate the Class of 2026.
