Info for College Admission Representatives

Dear College Admission Colleagues,

Oregon Episcopal School enthusiastically welcomes over 100 colleges to campus each year. To schedule a visit, please email Betsy Velluto, Assistant to College Counseling. We encourage representatives to contact us during the summer and preferably not much later than mid-September. We want to meet your scheduling needs and we prefer to publicize visits well in advance. Our visit schedule fills, and we are not always able to accommodate requests we receive later in the fall (we will do our best, of course).

We will begin visits on September 14, 2018.

We are not able to schedule visits on the following dates for fall 2018:

  • October 10-12
  • November 15-21

When you arrive on campus, please come to the Upper Parking Lot at the end of Nicol Road. You will check in at the Main Lobby/Reception Desk of the Upper School. Around 8:00 am each morning, traffic can be heavy turning off Scholls Ferry Road onto Nicol Road as students arrive. We are including a link to our Campus Map for your convenience.

When using an iPhone map be sure to type in the full address 6300 SW Nicol Road in Portland, not just OES or you may end up at our sports facility (SPARC) off Oleson Road.
