Equity Coaching
We support faculty across the school in their efforts to make curriculum and instructional practices more culturally responsive and inclusive. Grounded in the Social Justice Standards from Learning for Justice, this collaborative work includes designing and revising curriculum to include multiple perspectives, integrating inclusive teaching practices, analyzing student engagement trends through an equity lens, and identifying and mitigating teacher bias.
We collaborate closely with divisional leaders and the Office of Learning & Teaching to provide robust and ongoing support for equitable and inclusive classrooms. The coaching framework includes a combination of individual coaching, departmental and grade-level team consultation, and professional development for faculty across all three divisions.
