Brad Baugher oversees administrative and K-12 technology planning, budgeting, and integration support. He conducts research and provides recommendations on all technology initiatives, and supports the growth of an increasingly unified and focused K-12 technology program at OES.

Brad Kuhns is responsible for network administration, server maintenance, and client support. He is continuing his education in Windows 2000 Server support, Exchange, network security, Altiris management software, and a variety of other critical network services.

Lou Paff has been at OES for 30 years, and teaches and coordinates technology integration in the Lower School. Lou piloted the faculty laptop program, and he teaches other staff through the Technology Mini-Grant program.
