This enrichment program is designed to help develop female athletes. Build confidence and develop a sense of team play and leadership. Focus will be on ball handling, shooting, passing fundamentals, footwork, quickness, and speed. Improve your skills by attending for one week or for all nine sessions.

Exploring Nature Through Yoga

From the air we breathe, to the food we eat, to the exercise and comfort we find in nature, our personal wellness is connected to the health of our environment. Are you interested in learning how to practice yoga, exploring the outdoors and being a steward of the earth? This kid friendly yoga practice will be integrated with explorations of our wetlands and woods.

On guard! Learn the Olympic sport of sabre fencing! This dynamic sport will challenge your mind, quickness, agility, and coordination. Girls’ Lacrosse Camp

In this fun week of skill development in girls' lacrosse students will be grouped by grades and ability. Scrimmages and "player down" situations will help develop every player's abilities. Techniques in shooting, dodging, stick skills, defense, and team strategy will be covered. Instructional strategies will be varied and will include drills, and full-field competition.

Lacrosse Camp

Girls and boys are welcome to attend this camp. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of lacrosse. Students will work on throwing, catching, shooting, dodging, and picking up ground balls through fun, non-contact activities and games. Students will leave the camp prepared for team play in the older grades.

Low Ropes Course

Enjoy a week of challenging, outdoor personal development and team-building activities, using a low ropes course. Elements used will be trees, boards, and teeter totters in the woods. Work together with others to accomplish tasks, solve problems, surmount obstacles, and overcome barriers. Make new friends and experience success in this challenging outdoor experience.
