Dining & Nutrition

Our on-site food service company, Bon Appétit, provides a nutritious lunch to all students daily. Aside from the main courses, students can choose from the salad, soup, and sandwich bars. Bon Appétit’s commitment to fresh, sustainable food is exemplary. A resident chef cooks food from scratch, using ingredients from local farmers and artisans whenever possible. Menus are seasonal and regional, and vegetarian options are available at every meal.
