Have extra tickets? Can't attend an event and want to make sure your tickets end up in the hands of someone who will appreciate them? Aardvark Recycled Tickets (ART) is a great way to give back to the dedicated, hardworking faculty and staff in the OES community.
It's this easy:
- Email
with the following details:
- Specify ART Donation in the email subject
- Include the number of tickets
- Include the name, date and time of the event
- Drop the tickets off with Arleene at the main reception desk in the Upper School Foyer as far in advance as possible.
- Added bonus! When you drop the tickets, ask Arleene for a Gift-in-Kind Form. Complete it and keep a copy for your tax records.
- Arleene will send an all-faculty email advertising the tickets. She will then gather the responses and include all interested parties in a raffle. The lucky winners will attend the event thanks to your generosity!
