Grandparents & Special Friends Day, Nov. 26
We are looking forward to hosting our Grandparents & Special Friends on campus on Tuesday, November 26. Our guests are invited to gather in the school gym for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. Family members are welcome to escort their grandparents and special friends to the gym. If you would also like stay for the musical performances, please take advantage of additional seating in the bleachers. After breakfast, guests will visit classrooms and attend Chapel before Grandparent and Special Friends Day concludes at 10:45 a.m. Please note: the School Store will be open from 10:00 a.m to 11:30 a.m. If you have not already done so, please RSVP by calling 503-768-3156.

Business Office Can Help Out
Hello from the Business Office and welcome! The Business Office staff are here to help you navigate your business and financial relationship with OES. Our office is located in Morris House, just up the hill from Admissions. Your main contact in the Business Office will be Kathy Langley, Accounts Receivable Specialist. She can be reached
and by phone at 503-768-3133. You can also find Kathy in the Business Office between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00 (3:00 on Mondays) or by appointment. Please let her know anytime you have questions about your account. We have also added a new Payments & Billing link in the Parent Portal, which contains helpful information.
Statements go out the 10th of each month, and payment is due the 1st of the following month. Payments can be made by cash or check. If you are having any difficulty, we encourage you to reach out and contact us proactively. We are here to help and may be able to suggest solutions you haven't yet considered.
