Have extra tickets? Can't attend an event and want to make sure your tickets end up in the hands of someone who will appreciate them? Aardvark Recycled Tickets (ART) is a great way to give back to the dedicated, hardworking faculty and staff in the OES community. Find out how.
Current Volunteer Needs
- Aardvark Science Expo Volunteers (All School) Sign-up
February 23rd 1.5 to 2 hours shifts between 8 am and 5 pm Questions:
Supervise visitors to the Aardvark Science Expo Open House. The exhibits are open for public and classroom viewing the day prior to judging. - Aardvark Science Expo Judge (All School) contact

Feb 24th, all day during school hours
Judge Upper and Middle School science projects at annual Aardvark Science Expo in a variety of disciplines. Category judges for the High School Division should have an MA, MS, or a PhD (preferred) in that category or in a closely related field.

Feb 29th, school hours. Questions:
Need people to bring food items and people to help at this mid-day event. - Auction – Aardy's Big Gig (All School) Sign-up

Feb 28-Mar 1, 7:30 to 8:15 a.m. (7:45-8:45 Thursday), curbside collection of donated wine
Feb 28, 8:15 to 9:30 a.m., Assemble centerpieces for auction dinner tables
Feb 28-Mar 1, 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., curbside collection of donated wine
Feb 29, 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., prepare auction catalogs for mailing
Mar 9 and 10, variety of tasks and times involving setting up for the auction and staffing the event itself
