This site has good information about products and education. Colonial Kids - A great overview of life in the colonies that was made by kids! Why the Colonists Came - This may be a little hard to read but there is a lot of good information here. Work with a partner. Discovery School Colonial Heritage - this is a good explanation of the beginnings of the colonies. Choose your colony group and read. Kid Info Northeast Colonies - Visit this site after you have a basic understanding. You'll find a lot of information about specifics such as religion, education, and products. Animals and Farm Products - a big site about animals and how they helped the colonial economy (money system) Colonial Currency - even though they were not supposed to be making money, many colonies had their own bills.
