PreK and Kindergarten, Room 1, 12:30 to 5:00 p.m.

Stacey Willis earned her BA in Child Development from San Jose State University and has been teaching preschool for seven years. The majority of her experience comes from teaching in the child development center at De Anza College in the Bay Area.  Her philosophy in working with children is to teach them based on their interests, commonly referred to as the Emergent Approach.  Self-esteem is an important concept to her and something she works to foster in children through social/emotional guidance in the classroom.

Marta Lilly  can’t wait to make lots of art, learn new games, and sing and laugh with your children this year.  As a recent Art History graduate with minors in Education and Japanese, she pursues many interests in the fields of Art and Music.

Primary–2nd Grade, Common Hall, 2:45 to 6:00 p.m.

David Loitz is returning for his second year at OES. David is a graduate of California Institute of the Art and earned a BFA in FILM/VIDEO. He is a film maker and artist. He loves to play basketball and cook with your children.

Pinn Crawford recently moved here from Dublin and earned a degree in English Literature and Classical Civilization.  She is working on her Masters in Library Science and is enjoying the beautiful Northwest and biking to campus.

3rd/4th Grade EC, Church Basement, 2:45 to 5:30 p.m.

Mrs. Kiah Johnson Mounsey completed her Masters of Education program at the University  of Oregon, where she also received her Bachelor of Science in Educational  Foundations and a minor in Special Education. She taught third grade the past two years and decided that she wanted to go back to graduate school and earn an ESOL endorsement from Lewis & Clark College, so she decided to work in a part-time position.

Denise Thompson returns to us from last year. She has a wonderful husband (Tony) and a precious daughter (Delaney)and a darling dog- Rosie. She enjoys camping in her trailer, gardening, reading, shopping, and spending time with friends and family at the beach.
