Communicable Diseases
Please contact the school immediately if your child has contracted any communicable disease. We will follow Health Department guidelines as to what illnesses will need to be reported to them as well as the OES community.
Immunizations
All OES students are required by Oregon state law to provide documentation of up-to-date immunization status on the State Certificate of Immunization Status form that is provided in the enrollment packet.
