Whom should you call?
We recommend that you work as often as you can with your child's teacher and/or advisor. However, when you need to, we also urge you to call the appropriate Division Head (Lower, Middle, or Upper) with questions or concerns. The OES Directory contains a more detailed list of whom to call in different situations.
