Volunteer Signup and Reporting
Directions for Signing up Online to Volunteer
1. Click on Volunteer Login on the right side of this page
2. Enter User name and password (if you need this information please contact your division volunteer coordinator listed in the column at right)
3. Click on the first letter of your last name from the list
4. Find your name and click on it
5. From the menu on the left, click on Volunteer Signup Sheet
6. Check appropriate boxes for activities you want to volunteer for
7. Click on Save Changes to register your choices
You are finished!
Directions for Reporting Volunteer Hours
Click on one of the links below. Enter the number of hours you worked during the past year below the appropriate activity title. When you are done click the "submit" button at the end of the form. These links may be used more than once to record additional hours. If you realize you made a mistake after submitting your hours you may access the form again and enter a negative number to adjust your hours.
Please note: If you recorded hours using the on-line tool, please do not record them again using these links. All School activities may use any of the links.
