Auction
Thank You!

It's a Wrap! (new)
A huge thank you to all those that helped make the OES Primetime Auction a spectacular event, especially chair Rebecca Roberts and co-chair Mari Schwalbach. The 350 guests and 100 volunteers in attendance made possible a truly Emmy-worthy display of support for our community, children, faculty, and staff.
Thank you guests and donors for your energy, enthusiasm, and generosity! Together we raised significant funds to support professional development, special projects, and the Aardvarks Advocate Skills and Knowledge (AASK) partnership program. As we close the books on Auction 2013 we will provide fundraising updates to the community.
We could not have pulled off such a wonderful event without over 100 volunteers who generously gave their time and talents every step of the way, from the first planning meeting right up through clean-up. Your contributions are treasured by the entire community and its many members that directly benefit from our annual auction, such as Charley Adams, Middle School Humanities and Spanish teacher, who recently expressed his gratitude to the auction volunteers:
"Thanks so much for all of your hard work with the auction. I got to go Houston for the People of Color Conference in December, which is by far the best conference I've attended since I began at OES. Faculty couldn't do those kinds of things without the auction, and without people like you putting in so much effort to make it happen. Truly, thank you."
Up for another party? For those that could not attend the auction, or did not have a chance to sign up for easel parties Saturday night, there are still some Easel Party spaces available. Signing up to attend these parent-thrown extravaganzas is a great way to donate to the cause AND have fun with other members of the OES community. Contact the to sign up and arrange payment.
Thanks once again for all the time, energy, and support you gave to make OES Primetime a smash hit!
