* The Christine Cato Memorial Ski Race at Timberline is one
of the largest ski races in North America. Up to 500 Oregon high
school team racers will kick off their winter of ski racing at
Timberline.

Forms for Volunteers:
Each Volunteer Worker and Potential Volunteer Worker (parents, guardians, non-parents, older siblings) must complete a V1 and each of the 4 ski areas' liability forms whether you plan to go to that ski area or not.
V1 OISRA Volunteer Agreement – League=”Metro”. Volunteer name and signature. Different last name from racer? Write racer’s name at top of V1 form.
Ski Bowl Liability Release – Volunteer name at top. Volunteer name as Participant and sign as Participant.
Timberline Liability Release – Volunteer name as Participant and sign as Participant.
Meadows Liability Release – Volunteer name as Participant and sign as Participant. You not need to complete Medical Consent Form at bottom.
Willamette Pass Liability Release – Volunteer name at top under “School.” Volunteer name as Participant and sign as Participant.
