Before you begin the application, we encourage you to print the checklist and pay careful attention to the requirements and due dates.
Application Checklist
Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 1
Grades 9 through 12 Day Students
Grades 9 through 12 Boarding Students (Domestic)
Grades 9 through 12 International Students
Application Due January 30, 2012
OES offers the following three options for completing the application:
- Apply Online - your non-refundable application fee may be paid by credit card.
- Paper Application - download (PDF format) and print the application form. Submit by mail with a check for the non-refundable application fee ($75 for US residents; $100 USD for non-US residents).
- SSAT Standard Application - if you are applying to multiple independent schools, we will accept the common application offered by SSAT.
Additional Forms
In addition to the above Application, you will need the following forms for teacher recommendations, parent and student questionnaires, and record release.
The forms are available in PDF format, which require the Acrobat Reader program. You may enter information directly into the form, save a copy, and email the forms directly to the Admissions Office if you use Acrobat Reader 8.0 or higher. If you do not have that version, you may download it for free from the Adobe website.
