AASK is a community educational partnership
between Vose Elementary School, a public K-5 school in the Beaverton
School District, and Oregon Episcopal School, an independent preK
-12th grade school two miles away.
AASK's
goal is to carry out the missions of both institutions by providing
opportunities for academic achievement and enrichment, skill development,
personal growth and multicultural competence for all involved.
AASK stands for "Aardvarks Advocate Skills and Knowledge."
The aardvark is the OES mascot. AASK is funded through the OES
budget, the OES Auction, individual donations, and grants from
foundations.
