Welcome to AASK

AASK is a community educational partnership of OES, carried out in an intercultural partnership with Vose Elementary School and Whitford Middle School, both in the Beaverton School District. The program builds on joint commitment to education through community involvement, committed partnerships, service learning and student development.

AASK's goal is to carry out the missions of all three schools. The program brings together students from the schools to deepen language skills, inspire students to service learning, foster intercultural and family relationships, and have fun.

AASK stands for "Aardvarks Advocate Skills and Knowledge." The aardvark is the OES mascot. AASK is funded through the OES budget, the OES Auction, individual donations, and grants from foundations.
