| The Director is responsible for the design, implementation,
supervision and evaluation of the AASK program. Oversight of the
program is administered through the Diversity and Outreach Committee,
a standing committee of the OES Board of Trustees.
ASAC is the student advisory council for the AASK program
in Upper School. The six members of ASAC have previous experience
either tutoring or staffing the summer daycamp. They meet bimonthly
during lunch and advise the AASK Director on all aspects of the
program that pertain to OES students. Because of these students,
AASK is better than ever!
The Advisory Council advances the mission of Oregon Episcopal
school and its partners as it assists, guides and supports implemention
of the AASK program. Specifically, AAC acts as a sounding board
to the Director, assists in aligning the program to the AASK mission,
assists in fundraising, and is essential in assuring communication
with all constituencies.
